Travertine Cream tiles size 80x40x2 cm.
Cream Travertine is one of the most popular stones used due to its warm color, defined veining design and its availability for different finishes that makes this stone suitable for any kind of covering, indoor and outdoor flooring and wall cladding.
Travertine is a stone formed by layers of sediments laid and petrified during centuries. Time and water have provided it with the holes and the parallel veining.
FINISHES
The material can be provided in different finishes:
- Only cut
- Honed: The surface is smoothed in the tile line and the color is enhanced (for exterior is used 120 abrasive, for interior is used 220 abrasive)
- Polished, when the surface is smoothed and brightened
- Brushed, adding an antique touch.
Also the pores can be filled, usually with colored resin or mastic, in order to being used in interior flooring or other purposes.
